We were tired from a long drive and just needed a place to sleep. This was perfect for our purpose. They have two room options, P1,300 and P800. We took the 800 pesos and was pleasantly surprised. What an amazing find. I was looking for a place to stay in Butuan, but available rooms were few and expensive. A gas station attendant referred me to the MLM Pension. Not only was the price good for a basic clean room, but this is more like a studio apartment with a kitchenette with microwave oven. Very spacious and clean. This is a gated motel with parking. Recommended.
Very near the centre of Cabadbaran. We did stay here for a month in 2019 and now we did book again for a month. Nice, clean apartments wit a lot of space and free wifi. The kids can play around in the safe garden. A good value for your money. Will come again for sure next time we visit Cabadbaran!
Was not able to take a photo but the room is average. No wifi connection. Poor Mobile data coverage. AC is okay. With parking spaces. Affordable.
