The place is nice, the caretaker very kind but the place is noisy from traffic, even at night, motorbikes wake you up and in the early Morning, already at 6 am people chatting loudly and even calling around, directly in front of the window. The facilities are clean and works perfectly fine. The place is quiet and decent. Good place to relax.
Very quiet and neat and safe. The people there are nice. Worth the price. There's just one thing the wifi signal gets weak at times. But that is common in the Philippines. One thing i can suggest is i hope the owner would concider getting a tv cable connection. Over all I can recommend this place.
I keep clicking the doorbells & almost shouting if there's any person but no one goes out.
