Rooms are old, small, and poorly designed and made. The 1st room that was given to us was flooded, so we had to be transferred to another room. The light on the 2nd room was too dark so we had to be transferred again to another room. The lighting was still poor but it was tolerable. VERY DISAPPOINTING!! The pictures on the booking app are far from reality. The room was untidy, and bedsheets looked dirty with a lot of hair on them. Pillows and pillowcase are very dirty. Only one bulb was functioning. The receptionist told us they would change it before nighttime, but we later found out that we had to change it ourselves. Rooms – Don’t be fooled by the pictures; they’re far from reality. Room lights not working. CR was not pleasing. TV not working.
