Easy check -in and check-out policy. The place is clean, food is delicious, and the staff are friendly and courteous.. the parking lot is spacious with security guards nearby. It's just that the hot and cold shower in the room has issues. No hot water. The internet connection in the room we stayed was so low. I just didn't notice if it has elevator coz we always stayed on the ground floor.
We are regular customers of your hotel, and we stayed in the suite room. We were informed that a bathroom accessory was missing, but we were not even aware that such an item existed. We never saw the item they were looking for. Please improve your service and make sure that all room accessories are complete before the room is occupied.
While I understand this hotel is generally outdated, it was no excuse for our unfortunate experience. To start, we were assigned a floor level room. We could hear the noise from the traffic at all times of the day and if our blinds were open our room was visible from outside. Rooms are clean and nice with cool aircon and basic tv & mini ref with hot&cold shower. Service is also nice. Location is very strategic and very near to Starbucks, McDonalds, 7-11 and other restaurants. Walking distance to SM Lanang. Room rates are very reasonable and decent.
