MICHELINA PRINCESS GUEST HOUSE

It is not a 2-star hotel but more like ill maintained mountain hut. Damp smell in the room and poorly maintained property in general. Very cheap though. Clean bed sheets which was important! Michelina and her daughter are very nice :)

Michelina and her family are very good people. I felt like at home with them. The guest house is in a good position in Loboc and my room was very clean, with lot of space and the A/C worked well. Just two little things... There is a bit of noise for dogs and rosters, but it isn't her fault and the shower is cold. So, be prepared. We rent a motorbike for a good price. This place is a little gem and it's worth more than a 5-star rating. Friendly and helpful owner. We obtained a lovely spacious and clean dubble room, with aircon. The owner of the Guest house is a Highly irresponsible person. I can't believe that they still accepted guests even though the house is located right next to river Loboc in an area marked as PRONE TO FLOODING and there was a typhoon coming. Lovely family running the guesthouse. They can arrange ferry tickets for you and give you advice what to do around. Room is big, light, aircon is running smoothly and everything is clean and tidy. Mattress is bit thin, but it didn't bothered me since personally I prefer harder beds.
