The room reeked of dust when we came in. We had to call for room service for a clean up, esp that the bath had mosquito larvae all over the floor and sheets also smelled bad. Residents often find themselves stranded, waiting for the water to recede before they can leave their homes. Booked 2 nights, stayed one. Let's just say the hotel has gotten nicer with the new renovations. Its one of the older hotels in Dipolog and definitely needed the face-lift.
