Mibang is one of our go-to hotels in Dipolog (the other one we stay at is on the opposite side of the city—so it really depends on where we need to be). Overall, Mibang Hotel has always been clean, reliable, and consistently welcoming. The staff are friendly and helpful, and they even joke around lightheartedly sometimes, which makes the stay feel more relaxed and personal. We usually book by phone and request the n…

The room reeked of dust when we came in. We had to call for room service for a clean up, esp that the bath had mosquito larvae all over the floor and sheets also smelled bad. They addressed the issue right away. *Path to the annex was their dishwashing area and it was stinky. *The bathroom still had molds all over, water had weak stream. *Pool also had molds on the edges. *Service was fine. *TV wasn't functional. It…

The place itself is pretty bad, with faulty facilities and an uncomfortable environment. The management leaves much to be desired. The place is flooded in the open space when it rains. Access going in and out is difficult. Residents often find themselves stranded, waiting for the water to recede before they can leave their homes. Many have taken to using makeshift blocks top is wood plank to navigate the rising waters, but these solutions are far from reliable. As the rainy season approaches, concerns about safety and accessibility grow more pr…

Booked 2 nights, stayed one. Let's just say the hotel has gotten nicer with the new renovations. Its one of the older hotels in Dipolog and definitely needed the face-lift. Also got to see the new sublets that they had in the back, could use better accessible entrance. On the first night we had complained about the toilet not flushing properly. The next morning maintenance had came by to try and fix the problem. Whe…

Good hotel and quiet comfy beds, food is satisfactory but needs improvement. Slow wifi internet, the comfort room in our room has a small leak under the wash area. Hot water not working. Overall 7-8/10
