Poor customer service. The guy at the FOH refused to sell me bottled water just because they dong have a change for 1K peso bill, even asking me to find a way to give him exact or smaller bill. The cups for hot water is located only at third floor and because they lack the manpower, they asks their guests to do self service all the way. First time to get a totally bad customer service, it is not about how 5-stars or…
Why stay here
Down-to-earth rooms, some offering a/c, in a low-key guesthouse featuring volcano views.

It’s ok. Good if you have a scooter which you can rent and have delivered. Ask at the front desk. It’s right on a major road that has pretty consistent traffic including large trucks so if you’re a light sleeper bring earplugs. Also, the “air freshener” they put in the bathroom made the whole place smell like a urinal cake. Has a rooftop area with a view of Mayon volcano which is nice. Bed is comfortable, AC stopped…
Had a sad stay here. We booked thru Agoda and supposed to stay in a 2-Queen beds room with Mayon view but they put us in a family room with 1 queen bed, a single and a bunk bed. They offered us 2 separate rooms with no Mayon view as they were saying the room we booked is unavailable. We pushed through with their offer but were unsatisfied due to (1) dirty walls with lots of molds, (2) room appears and smells unclean…
Booked an air conditioned room for 2 with veranda Staff are accommodating and nice. There’s a massage chair at the lobby and ebike which I believe are for rent. Roofdeck has the best view of Mayon, even in our veranda! Strategically located! Few meters from Petron Gas Station, McDonalds and Cagsawa Ruins.
Best for backpackers and unplanned visit to Albay. Very near in Cagsawa Ruins. Can assist you even with ATV tour. Newly renovated fan room. You can borrow electric kettle for hot water bath. Roof top dinning has a nice Mayon view.
I highly recommend this place for an overnight stay if you’re coming to admire the volcano. The room has everything you need: clean bed linen, air conditioning, and most importantly no damp or musty smell. There is a small balcony with direct access from the room, offering a beautiful view of the volcano, which is definitely the highlight of the stay. The downside is that the hotel is located right next to the road,…
