Worst experience I've had from the customer service and the hotel itself. The staff were friendly but they (or their manager) don't know how to deal with situations that require decision making. Good for 2 ang room pero isa ka kumot lng! Isa ka sabon lng! Mag add ka kumot naay bayad 50 pesos. Staff is accommodating.
