This place is amazing. The gardens are lush and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious and clean. There are birds all over the place and the sounds so beautiful to hear. It's quiet and serene. The staff are excellent in service and internet is also very good. Totally worth the little distance from the beach.

From beginning to end, my stay here was inhospitable and, quite frankly, the worst amenities and service I’ve had in the Philippines (let alone for the hefty price these people charge). We booked the hotel following recommendations through the comments, and were very disappointed! The pictures look good - in reality the rooms are old and not well maintained, the pools are not clean and empty. We didn't go into the pools at all, we had ants in the room, and the smell of mold from the pools. And the location is very far from everything.
