Excellent location near the mall and local eats. The staff were incredibly polite, and the room itself was spacious and beautifully maintained, featuring stunning polished wood floors that contrast well with the green curtains. However, the lack of hot water and a bidet were significant drawbacks. It’s a solid, budget-friendly choice if you can overlook the basic bathroom amenities.

Hotel Review I recently stayed at Mardale Hotel for my graduation with my family. and my experience was mixed. The hotel room was decent, but it clearly shows signs of aging and is in need of renovation. The room felt eerie. I did not sleep well because I felt someone was watching me sleep. 😔 Also I think there are bed bugs or mites. I felt the itch minutes after lying down in the bed and used the blanket.
We stayed there for 6 days and what we really loved was the hotel’s location—very accessible to everything we needed. We stayed in a superior room, which had a great view and a decent-sized bathroom. One suggestion I’d make is to provide at least an electric kettle and coffee cups in the room, so guests can enjoy a cup of coffee anytime. Pretty much its a nice stay.
Rooms in 7th floor are spacious. However, rooms were not sound proofed enough because we heard tables and chairs being dragged & arranged in their convention center. No hot shower. Their choices are limited in their free breakfast meals.
Pros: The receptionist was nice, the room was big and spacious, free breakfast and fast wifi. Cons: we couldn't adjust the airconditioning, there was no bidet, and the water temperature couldn't be adjusted (or maybe we just don't know how to use that machine).
