The room was comfortable and I had no issues sleeping. The location is good, with a nearby grocery store and it’s within walking distance to the Lighthouse branch, with tricycle terminal beside. The restaurant serves very good rice meals, I really enjoyed them. The staff are polite and professional, and they also provide free airport transfers. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
Clean, basic room. Shower was hot, clean with good pressure. Lobby staff was professional, not overly friendly. I was told by staff that the food was pre-made and then reheated, so I'll eat somewhere else. No complaints. I may stay here again.
Deluxe single rooms are good. The only problem is the noisy window type Aircon. People are nice except for that one chinita receptionist who always looks upset when I tried to extend our stay for business. I like all the food in the restaurant except for the cold beef tapa during breakfast. Location is also good, it's near SM City.
