Nice hotel close to the market and not far from city center. The room that we had or have because extended a extra day is really nice, good bed, clean and hot and cold shower. The water pressure of shower is to low for good function of hot and cold swoer device. It get real hot and than really cold, time after time. Shower and toilet are 2 separated rooms. Booked 5 pax for 2,200 pesos. No free shampoo, soap, or toothpaste. Only 3 towels, 4 blankets, and 2 rolls of tissue paper were provided for 5 people. At first, the room was fine. It's slightly old and lacked maintenance, but the aircon and heater were working fine. Went out for dinner and when we came back, 5 large cockroaches greeted us 🙃 Just when we tbought they are all dead, 3 of them started flinching again and one started literally CRAWLING. The aircon is also loud. The location is great tho.

If what you are looking for is a convenient place to rest and sleep after riding the bus then Mailas Lodging House is for you! Availed a single AC room with one matrimonial bed. The room was very small but if you are just after a good night's sleep not needing any tables or TVs then this room might just be alright👌👌👌

I stayed in Maila's last year and a good experience. The room was themed with all these anime pictures. It was roomy, has a/c, and had its own bathroom. The good: very accessible location next to the bus terminal & affordable rates (₱600 for AC double room with private toilet and shower) The bad: room not cleaned well, no free amenities — not even tissue. No WiFi (but Globe LTE signal was strong.)

It's located just by bus terminal. I didn't give five stars since there is no tv but otherwise if you want a budget room it works. I only need wifi which they have but if you work online I'm not sure if its sufficient since some sites I couldn't get.
