Mactan Pension House, Mactan

The location is only 7 minutes drive to the airport and near at the shopping mall. Clean and staff are very friendly and helpful

Super cheap hotel. Have been there. Cause had no other choice. Another hotels were fully booked. Rooms r very old. But for the price, what can u expect....

We stayed here for 3 nights and i had great experience here although the toilet flush button is not working. Staff are very accommodating and friendly. And the view on our balcony is lot nicer than i expected:))

It's decent. The location is great. It was a lot better before they closed their rooftop restaurant. For about 200 pesos a night more Ace Pension next door is a lot nicer. I've stayed at Mactan twice, and Ace 3 times over the years. Mactan has went downhill. Ace is still very good.

Staffs are not accomodating. The bedsheets are rough. It smells like detergent. Broken lights. Low quality of tissue provided. Towels are old and rough. TV & Sky Cable box have no remote controls. The AC has water dripping from it and the cover fell twice. Imagine the cover fell off while you're sleeping. Definitely you'll freak out. The exhaust fan in the CR is useless, it cannot be turned on. Not a good experience…
