This is a very adequate budget hotel! The building is in a great location right by Fuente Osmeña Circle. It is close to food and pharmacies easily walkable. The front desk lady is very sweet and kind. She made the stay very easy and comfortable. The rooms were quiet too. Very accessible and service is very good. With mini ref ready to use. But the room is too expensive for what it offers. The lights are too dim, the aircon is not that cold, and I hate the shower is very cramp.
We booked a room online, got charged, only to find out that the room’s not available. Since it’s already late and we’re already tired from driving the whole day, we took the pricier room. Old rooms, barely working equipment. Wifi is not working. AC is noisy. Towels are gray with stains, smeel bad. Bed sheets are clean though. Avoid.
Great staff, great location, good breakfast, but the rooms were pretty gross (quite a few bugs during our stay + shower was not clean) It’s “okay”
It was so dirty. Unhygienic. No towels. No foot towels. The bed was filled with dust and the staff were not helpful at all. Its cheap, but it service is less than cheap. YUCK
