Luis Miguel’s Place

The room is expected. Not that clean but has fridge, microwave, heater, and rice cooker. It has utensils and mini kitchen. A tv, good wifi. The whole utilities are not that well maintained. Most things are old including the fridge and the ac. But does the work. Near silliman, and accessible to public transpo.

Good enough for the price. Corridors and hallways were cramped, No elevator with the building only having 3 storeys. Had a spacious room for P900, no bells and whistles. Wifi was okay with disclaimer. Our room had faucet leaks at the CR, heater and aircon were functional.

My first staycation for a 10days birthday celebration So this is my 2nd time booking here in Luis Miguel's. I was alone and this place is all i know. The room is clean, aircon is on a blast which i like. The bed and pillow is comfortable as always. I just dont like the CR Door. You cant close it. The faucet on the sink keeps on dripping. But overall i still want to book this place for another dumaguete trip.

It’s fine but I booked on airbnb and the wonder didn’t respond to any messages, also the cafe underneath is sub-bar

Cheap room for a cheap price, nothing extra. Can walk to town from there. Ok if your getting the ferry.

I stayed in one of the downstairs rooms behind the restaurant. There was a rainstorm, and my bathroom/shower started to flood from the drain. When I informed the staff no one seemed interested even to have a look even as water was still coming up through the drain, and just said they would re-room me upstairs. Room upstairs a little nicer until I found out there was no water coming from the shower at all! They obvs…

So far okay naman ang place. They do have a fridge, microwave, heater, utensils, soaps, hanger, tv, aircon, the bed is wide na rin. Comfortable naman yung room and yung water pressure and heater okay rin.
