Lugano Bed and Breakfast

Great location to the islands just a small walk to the port to catch the boats, service was amazing really enjoyed the staff went above and beyond.

The hotel is very close to the dock and quiet at night. It would be better if the boss could replace the air conditioner with a wall-mounted air conditioner. The service staff is very friendly and the room is also very clean. Thank you very much for the service of the staff. Good value rooms and excellent location if you want to be near the port to palaui island. Service is good too. I put 4 stars in service as they were on skeleton staff because tourism hasn't picked up at the time of writing. We were the only guests. But the staff were helpful and friendly.

Quiet area. Accommodation clean although expensive for what is a very basic room. Wifi rubbish. Grounds were kinda run-down. They lock the gate at 10pm, although as said earlier it’s pretty dead around here. Not a great deal to do although there’s a distasteful ‘casino’ down the road that mainly caters for Chinese guests.

-CONS- Food is quite expensive. Management charges 350 pesos per person for breakfast which doesn't reflect the product. Recently stayed here. Great location. We really enjoyed the quiet. We also thought the breakfast was great. They have Wi-Fi, but I couldn't get it to work during my stay.
