Rooms are great and comfy at a reasonable price. Service is excellent and location is good, at the heart of the city, nearby major malls and stores.
Room decor was a bit dated, but quite comfortable. All the staff were excellent, feiendly, and very responsive, location was ideal (walking distance to SM mall), breakfast buffet was delicious and had a good variety. Would recommend to travellers.
I didn't stop there but I booked for my wife and daughter who thought it was fab. Rooms nice and clean with a great location in the city.
Stayed for 2 nights. The room is fine but the mattress is very hard. It's like sleeping on concrete.
The hotel is very close to SM legaspi and adjacent in Yashano mall, kind of dingy area at the back but in front toward the mall is decent, a police station nearby to keep it safe area. Room is very cleaned spacious nice layout had a safe, safe, water service and kittle to use and coffee and tea. The bed is superb had a heavy blanket and soft pillows firm bed.
