Very loud tricycles noise until 11pm, room are ok, no hot water to shower, the worst experiences we have is the toilet water is leaking on the floor, luckily they leave us a slippers to use so our feet won't get wet when we use the toilet. Location-wise it is very near the city center. Parking may be difficult when there are other guests with cars too. The room is big enough, the bed is soft and comfortable. There is a table and aircon is quiet. There is no hot shower here. Towel and room slippers are provided. There is WiFi too. Overall a nice stay.
Thin windows let in major road noise. Shambolic plumbing with no hot water. Loved the split aircon and strong wifi though. Also a good memory-foam mattress.
Great value. Close (walking distance) to outlet-type and higher end malls. Adjacent to Starbucks. Short tricycle or taxi ride to fish port and other GenSan attractions. Local food and plenty of choices nearby including one on the property.
Very convenient place and near in all malls in Gensan.
