Lix Hotel

I stayed here in July 2025 for a couple of days. Overall, it’s a great place—right in the middle of the city with easy access to everything. The customer service is also excellent. The only downside is that the front desk is on the third floor, so guests with large luggage should be prepared to carry it up.

Lix hotel is a quality hotel. Good Filipino breakfast for free. Clean rooms with comfy beds and nice flat screen TV, stable internet and nice staff. Walkable to Jollibee, Chow King and Greenwich. The port is close by if you take a trike. I had a very pleasant stay at Lix Hotel.

Satisfied with the service, rooms, price. Got it for 1600+ thru booking.com. queen size bed, clean room, bathroom, cafe. You just need to walk up the 3rd floor to access the hotel. Water pressure might need a little improvement. Free breakfast silog meals (2 eggs!) And coffee. Free drinking water also just ask the attendant.

We stayed at Lix Hotel several times and in different rooms because of its location, but I would not recommend it if you value peace and rest. For three straight mornings, the staff were extremely loud early in the day, repeatedly waking us up. On top of that, the workers can’t even greet guests with a simple smile or basic courtesy. Rooms and services were great, no doubt! Hotel looks new. There are ongoing minor renovations too.
