PROS: - Good value for short stay. - Location is near malls, eateries, and markets. CONS: We're not happy with our stay there. The personnel are very noisy even at midnight that it won't let you sleep at peace. We told them to be quiet because people are sleeping but they just continued shouting and running around. I recently stayed at Livin's Inn in Tuguegarao, Cagayan, having booked through Agoda. The hotel's location across from the Victory Liner Bus Terminal and its proximity to Robinsons Mall make it convenient. However, the affordable price comes with a trade-off in service quality.
