Stayed here the night before an early flight and therefore its perfect, the host family is more then welcoming! The rooms are clean and quiet. They help you before and after your stay and the curfew make sure there is no shady business happening. :D
The room needed redecorating. It looked like the en-suite had an update but not the room itself. The skirting boards were rotten & dusty & dirty, the A/C was old & noisy & there were a couple of holes in the wall panelling. On the plus side the bed was comfy, the owners were helpful & friendly, there’s a lovely large communal area and the breakfast was nice.
Great place, great owner and very clean! We were amazed to meet a fellow European living there for over 20 years. He was very friendly and gave us some very good tips for our stay. The place is super clean and quiet! Highly recommend it

Huge disappointment! A disgrace to this hotel. During the super Typhoon Kalmaegi, we were unable to get to Cebu, just like all other passengers. All flights were cancelled. The room at the hotel had been fully prepaid. When I wrote to the hotel owner requesting a forced refund due to force majeure, I was ignored. Also note that the hotel has a curfew, and no one cares if you have a late arrival or an early departure…
Comfortable stay, close to airport, great for layovers. Make sure you know the building is locked after 10pm so you can’t check in until 7am but if you need to leave earlier they have a self check out option.
