Pros: Kind and friendly staff member at check-in. Large clean room. Large clean shower (unfortunately the towel rail came away from the wall when I placed a towel on it to dry) Cons: 1. location a bit far from the Caticlan amenities (stores, restaurants, cafes). 2. their rooms are quite dirty, and the hotel owner doesn’t know how to communicate with customers. Big X for the owner. The hotel service is poor — only one person is attending, and everything is unorganized. In short, the hotel is dull and not worth it.

Unreliable. During check in, they offered transportation to airport for 50 peso each person, we paid for 2 for the next morning at 5am, we said three times to make sure they would be ready at that time. Crashed here for 9 hours while waiting for a 3am ferry to Mindoro. 2500 pesos for triple room which was new but modestly furnished. AC was in small side but front desk brought floor fan when I asked about getting a room facing east away from setting sun. Very quiet and close to both airport and ferry terminal. Would go back.

Stayed here for 1 night since we have an early flight. Simple and cozy hotel and under the hotel is a restaurant which is good food and value money. Really liked that they have shuttle service which is 50 pesos per head same prices with tricycle. Miss dyna and kuya driver are both accomodating. Very new and clean hotel. We had diner at our room which was delicious. Breakfast was made for us on the time that we preferred, and tasted very nice. Hotel workers are so kind and provide such a good service! Recommend it for sure
