Hello I was very disappointed pointed of the pool. The pool in the kiddy area was very dirty and should be cleaned. Decent place to stay in Hilongos, a plus factor is that they have backup power in case of power outage compared to some hotels in the area that charge higher rates. Downside of the place is accessibility. When it rains, parts of the gravel road turns into puddles which one must traverse to get to the road and catch a ride. The pool is very dirty. Staff and front desk are very lazy. Very disappointing. We travel for like 1 hour but when we arrive there pool is stinky not worth for a short vacay though room is good and clean.
