Super nice hotel and great value for money. Located just 1 km from Vigan historical area. Short trike ride away. Safe secure parking at hotel. Really nice friendly helpful staff. Small cafe which serves good food and great breakfast. Rooms are clean and comfortable with good air-con. Clean bathrooms and good water pressure in shower. Would definitely return when I go back next time to Vigan.
Hotel is far from the city center. Clean and fresh rooms. Staff are friendly and accommodating. No elevator for a structure with 5levels. There is a bar located on the 5th floor which is not sound proof. Complimentary plated breakfast is ok.
No consideration to personnel who just had ankle injury. The case is just temporary and you requested for PWD card and still you insisted on putting us on third floor without elevator. You should just ask for medical certificate to check the medical case is legit.
Beds are soft and comfy. Nice and clean. No elevator but the staff happily carry luggage up for you
