Las Palmas de San Jose

We had 2 Rooms with pool view that gives a nice first expression but the room itself wasn’t just old like the rest of the hotel. We have two different experiences keep that in mind. Rooms are very clean and spacious. The bed is very comfortable and clean. You can smell it in the sheets that are freshly laundered. The A/C is more than sufficiently cold. Water pressure can be improved but its not bad considering the hot water. If not for the location, I would recommend this as a business hotel. Because of its features and amenities, it is best for a staycation. I loved our short stay here. No elevators by the way but their dear concierge team are ready to lift your valuable luggages.

Staff used body towels to clean the toilet. Made it hard to want to dry off after getting out of the shower. Half of the things we tried to order on the menu were “unavailable,” sometimes without being told until we asked why something was missing when the food was brought out. No toilet paper in the room. Room service came without utensils. When the front desk was contacted, the issue wasn’t fixed.

It was my first time visiting Tuguegarao City, and I am so glad that I decided to stay at Las Palmas de San Jose. All their staff are courteous and friendly, the facilities are well maintained as well as the cleanliness of the rooms. It is also accessible to the nearby mall.
