The room I stayed was nice and clean. The amiance was commended as well. We occupied a very small room. It might be ok for a single person needing a place for the night. The room hasn't been cleaned, it was so dusty under the bed.. The shower head needed cleaning. Water squirts everywhere. .. No breakfast available in the hotel but you can easily walk to 2 fast foods across from the hotel.
Very cheap, affordable. Clean rooms. I am content with their service. The downside is the parking space; they only have three slots available at the front of the inn.
