Beautiful people and beautiful beaches. Met the owner and he was lovely. The activities were great and the beaches were pristine. Will definitely go back.

Great place, cheap prices and cottages. The view is awesome. Not strict on policies especially in karaokes.

Big, spacious, and clean place. Can handle large number of guests. Rooms are spacious. Staff are nice and you can borrow electric fan if aircondition is not enough for you. There are bugs at night due to nearby vacant lots with trees and grass. Electric generator ready in case of a power interuption. Cellular signal is low to none. Beautiful clean beach lots of room to play in clean white sand. Good clean showers, foot showers and shaded eating pavilions. You can rent them for reasonable fee. Lots of sea shells to find.

Very nice Staff & Owner. Beautiful clean place. It’s possible to tent as well. Highly recommendable. See you again passing by on the next road trip!

This is a beach resort located at a crossroad before arriving the Brgy Concepcion Proper from the town of Calintaan, Occidental Mindoro. From the crossroad of the Mindoro West Coastal Road, is a left hand driveway in which it will take 12 minutes by car to navigate the 10.8 kilometers from the municipality of Calintaan (Poblacion).

One of the nice resort you can find in occidental mindoro, staff are very accommodating the place is so relaxing..Good for those vacationers who is looking for quit place away from city life..
