La Primera Grande Beach Resort

Nice place, nice rooms. Went here because we see a slide to the pool on google, this slide dosnt exist anymore. However was very impressed about the change of water in the pools daily.

Recently stayed at La Primera Resorts and must say I was very disappointed in this property. Service was dreadful from the moment we arrived. Staff seemed so bored to even be there and unhelpful. Dec.18,2024: I'm here for 24hrs stay. I checked in alone and I was given a room with four king size beds. A few hours later i went to ask for a coffee and they don't have anything. I had to go out 1km away for a cup of coffee, don't have a car/motorcycle. The place is nice and clean, but the staff are not very accommodating. They seem to not know how to properly handle their guests. We booked for an overnight stay and were hoping to relax and enjoy the pool, but the staff asked us to keep quiet at 9:00 pm, which feels early for quiet hours. First of all, the view of the see and overlooking towards Oriental Mindoro. Option they have Kayaking, 2 kiddy pool, teen pool and a slide (for swimmers only). Accessible to use the beach. Comfortable and clean. It was a nice place to rest along our way. The 4 pools were nice too! And a pleasant beach in front. I can only give 2 stars because in the morning when I climbed to the top of the big slide and looked down, at first i didnt notice but then I saw the pool that was full the night before was now completely empty. The place was neat and clean, the only issue is that they only have 1 place for washing and grilling, which is quite far if your cottage is in the end They should have at least on both sides, if they concern is the cleanliness. For the staff they are accomodating and friendly.
