The place is great for families going out and looking for a beach front rental. Very spacious and also allows cooking, which is great as one could save a lot of money. The view is great especially if you get the penthouse suite. Be prepared to bring your own toiletries and towels as this does not come with the rental. The accommodations are OK. They do instruct you to bring your own toiletries. The airconditioning units are the window type and are old but still running OK albeit loud. The beach is kept clean and if you go by March you might be able to witnes the release of baby pawikans.
The place is quiet and relaxing. People in the vicinity are courteous and helpful. The house where we stayed was organized, plates, glass/mugs and silverware looked cleaned and tidy - except for the pots and pans that maybe need replacement. The place itself is amazing, The view is unmatched, and the staff are topnotch friendly. We stayed at the penthouse and it was clean af. The utensils and appliances are complete. If you're going to book, book online as that is their priority. Also, the penthouse is amazing but it is on the third floor and has no pool access.
