Location-wise, very good since it is walking distance to SM City Legazpi. The service is good. The staffs are approachable and kind. Food has limited choices for lunch and dinner. Don't waste your money. Booked this for my wife and daughter. Staff were not great and when they complained that there was no hot water nothing was done which I now see on previous reviews. There was a brown out for a long time so where is your generator? I booked another hotel by 2pm the same day and they left. Save your money and go elsewhere.
Great service by the staff! But some rooms (and towels) may need some upgrading. Wifi can be improved as it was kinda slow and unstable in my standard room.
Basic but clean rooms (standard room). Your parking (1st flr) is right below your room (2nd flr) for some room types. Wifi connection is poor and complicated to connect to. No room slipper. They charge P50 if you ask for it. Tapa is okay but a bit salty; tocino is dry. High water pressure. The common CR near the lobby needs updating of rusty fixtures.
Friendly and very comfortable as well as very personable staff. Happy to greet you every day with smiles. They have small bar with limited choices but overall very pleasant. Outside security and round the clock to. Everything you need is but a call away. Yes and each room has a phone. Which surprisingly some places don't offer.
