This hotel gave me inconvenience. I booked in advance to get the best room rate for T'nalak but suddenly the hotel informed Agoda that they cannot accommodate my booking. Probably they will likely want to sell the room at a higher price or there might be overbooking. Now I am searching for another hotel but almost all hotels in the area are fully booked. What a hassle. Shame on them.
