Rooms could use improvement maybe a more modernized approach to lure in more of the newer generation. Staff are very accomodating Met the owner very kind and accomodating also. Location is great,not located on the national highway so noise free. Value for it's price. Not scary/creepy vibe compared to other hotels in the area 😅 Would I go back to this hotel Definitely!

Arrived late at night, they still had kept our reservations. Friendly and helpful staff...... Comfortable enough rooms (cool and neat), good hot water supply. Ample parking downstairs but if you are staying for awhile and have heavy luggage be prepared to carry your luggage up the flight of stairs. No elevators available (hehehe). Stayed here on November 23, 2023 evening. There is no elevator, only stairs, hence be ready to carry your luggage especially those heavy ones. The room is quite spacious. Room smells good when I entered. Comfort room is quite old and not kinda spacious. However, this place is near Ipil downtown, hence a good place to stay. They have accommodating staff. You get what you pay for. Room rates are cheap. Ideal for those who only wanted to stay for the night. Good thing: their hot & cold shower is working! (The deal breaker when it comes to amenities). They do have wifi connection. The owner himself is accomodating too! Very down to earth.

We had a nice stay in this hotel because the owner gave us 10% discount. Most especially, the quality service the staff has been. Rooms and hallways are very clean. Surprisingly, their wifi connection was very strong for a budget hotel. 😊 I didn't give a perfect score just because the air-conditioning of my friends' room was weak.

Accommodating staff. With hot shower. Cold aircon. No wifi. No toothpaste. No free slippers but the price is cheap. Just perfect if you’ll just stay for a night. With few parking but can park a little further from the building.

The staff are very accomodating its still new to everyone.. The rates are affordable.. The place looks clean to me... They have a common study area in the second floor where you can do office work... They have their own generator but it took time..

A hotel stuck in the 90s. Needs renovation especially the bathroom. Tho staff was very accommodating. With good water supply. Wont necessarily recommend
