5/5 Experience on all fronts! This is a fantastic old BnB style stay, a place where walking inside feels like stepping into a different time in this quaint home in Manila. Particularly if you love old and antique style homes this is a perfect spot to stay. The service is impeccable and the staff were kind and accommodating. Would stay again!

We had a lovely stay at La Casita Mercedes. The house has beautiful heritage features and has a cosy and warm vibe. It comfortably fit my husband’s family of 13 as all bedrooms have an ensuite. Place is great! It is as described. Antique, family house with a lot of history. They have accommodating staff and good communication before, during, and after the booking. Great for big groups. Went on a Friday night so we heard some noise from the night life close by. Not sure if it’s like that everyday. Beautiful house though!
We had our friends’ bridal party here and it was lovely! The character of the home makes it all the more charming, great for photos too :) We just had a problem with the water in the rooms during the night, but our overall stay was great!
