This is on the second floor of a building, and we booked it online since it’s cheaper than the actual hotel price. The room design is a bit industrial, with a bare roof concept. I would rate the hotel a 3/5, as it was average for me—not great, but not bad either. The staff were friendly, though they were often unavailable when needed, possibly due to the low number of residents during my stay. Outstanding affordable hotel in a nice area in Dumaguete. Looks new, very tasteful. Unique design with a small room. Glass door separates room and toilet. Excellent linen and bed. Highly recommended!

Great Stay at Koze Suites !!!! Really enjoyed my time here! The staff were wonderful, and the location made it easy to check out local food spots and sights. I even extended my stay to soak in more of Dumaguete.
