The beach is fantastic. The food and service didn't impress me. There's no shade. It's great for children; they can throw themselves into the waves and play in the sand. However, it can be dangerous for children, so always keep a close eye on them because the waves are very strong. Snorkeling and surfing aren't possible. They do have volleyball, though.

The resort is located in the tip of Mati (i think) but can be access thru GovGen. We were there on a weekend and the resort is still in soft opening. The rooms are pricey since the resorts in that area are using generator set for electricity. We availed for the tents because we wanted to try sleeping in it. The experience was great and so easy as the resort have already set the tent up with beddings, pillows, chairs…
They have a nice and clean beach amongst the Lanca resorts. But was turned down for a walk in lunch as they were fully booked and can only served stay in guests. An indication of weakness in the resort’s business vision as they haven’t prepared the usual peak days or season.
We love the place! Utilities are prepared for your disposal. You just have to bring your own meal to enjoy the place without leaving. About the beach, it is perfect! Kids can also enjoy from it as it is not that big compared to mati proper.
Room is a kinda small but the view is superb, it makes you stay the whole day in the white crystal sand. Service is friendly and accommodating. Location, there were some bumpy areas and they are still clearing the road for some stones coming from landslide.
It is overpriced. The room we were in was dingy, only two lights in the room so it was really quite dark. There were stains in the sheet. When we went inside, there were sands on the floor which means it was not swept properly. There were no chairs inside and no cabinets. The shower was broken and the water pressure was not good. The power also kept going out. If you demand a higher price for the room give us the ex…
Nice rooms (except for the power outlets - not strategically located). Relaxing ambiance. Staff are warm, helpful and accommodating. Literally far from the hustle and bustle of the city. The place is peaceful and calm. Convenient, they have restaurant where you can just buy food at low cost. No signal for globe users, only smart.
