I would have given this 1 star if not for the staff. They were so friendly and accomodating. Other than that, it was terrible. Worst part is the noise! 12th January I stayed here for one night, and somehow I can't find my keycard,so I paid 500pesos to get a spare one, couple days after I found keycard in my backpack,so I called the hotel to ask if they can return my money,but their manager said no. I am wondering if they already changed the lock? If not,this card is still on my hand,it wouldn't be a security issue?
