Kew Hotel is a budget-friendly hotel that offers a practical and accessible stay for travelers in the Philippines. During my experience, I found the staff to be very accommodating, welcoming guests with courtesy and being helpful whenever assistance was needed. Their service added a positive impression to the overall stay and made the experience more comfortable despite some limitations. The rooms were average in te…

This place joke. They say the nicest place in Tagbilaran. The food is the restaurant downstairs is almost unedible. But the most disturbing part is the fact that the security guards are truly dorman. From what i understand they are not allowed to ask people walking in the door if they are staying. That is the most ridiculous thing i've ever heard. The hotel pretends they have security, but they do not. Not only is t…

The hotel is accessible, there are tricycles passing by the area every time. It is also near the ICM Mall and palengke. The food is yummy and the service staff are nice! You get the value of your money here.

I already booked twice in this hotel in the last 2 months. So far both observations have been consistent. First, the securitu guard is very quick in helping you out as soon as you arrived in the parking spot, immediately opens the door for you and if you have luggages he will offer to carry it. Second is the hotel staff, I don't know if is a rule for their employees but most of them if not all will greet you good mo…

If you’re looking for a hotel that strictly follows policy even when the lobby is practically empty, this might be the place for you. I arrived early, hoping—naively, perhaps—that a corporate account and a nearly vacant property would merit even a tiny bit of flexibility. Unfortunately, “going the extra mile” is clearly not part of their training manual. I wasn’t informed at check-in that early check-in comes with a…

I had a very uncomfortable stay at Kew Hotel. The maintenance is clearly lacking: the toilet flush was not working, which is basic hygiene. Worse, the AC was so loud that it was impossible to sleep. If I turned it off then there will be outside noise, the room became incredibly hot and sweaty. I shouldn't have to choose between sleep and staying cool. I would not recommend staying here until they fix these issues
