The room smell mouldy. The shower pressure is low, very weak took u forever to have a shower. But the staff is very nice and accommodating. The location is perfect if you are into surfing. The room that are facing ocean view looks old it needs improvement. The value for money is not suitable in the place, we stayed for 3days but we dont get room service. Cool. It’s cloud 9, it’s clean, there’s hot water, cable, air con, basic breakfast, no fridge. That’s it

Great location, beach access. They have a contact for renting boards if you like surfing or want a lesson. And several activities walking distance from here. Free breakfast at the hotel is also a plus, and very nice and accommodating staff.

Loved that it was fronting cloud 9 which means bypassing the hefty 100 peso/1.8 USD entrance fee everyday. The free breakfast and coffee was okay. We stayed in room 5 and the room was a bit old. The tables were moldy and it literally smelled a bit moldy too. The CR was the worst part. The drain in the shower was all clogged up after using, we were waiting hours for it to drain on its own and it was smelly as well. B…

Place is nice, room are good for the price, people don’t smile but the service is good! I have to make 2 notes that forces me to give 4 stars instead of 5 1 - Bathrooms was not ok, no mirror, stinky drain and no fresh water, it was salty 2 - they overcharged astronomically the transport from the airport without any reason, more than twice the fee everybody asked us, not cool a cool way to treat your customers Beside…

Room was dirty and smelled a bit. The water is saltwater we only stayed for 1 day for the rest of our booking as there were bedbugs. All of us got rashes during the stay. The breakfast food was a bit burnt and portion is way too small. Staff is not that friendly with a smug look on their face. Don't waste your time here.
