This is the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Even on a Sunday, there was construction going on, and the lobby was very dusty. I requested to be transferred to another room, and at first, they didn’t even want to accommodate it. I ordered food, and it took almost an hour to arrive. The water pressure was very low. The place felt like a haunted house—there were barely any guests.
