Located in a more quite and less busy area, perfect for relaxation, and only 5 minutes walk from the busy crowded area... Great resturants nearby... The staff is amazing, make the place feels like a home... food is great...! and the design of the place is just breath taking... located on the beachfront, hard to access with suitcases as you have to go on the sand but it is a short walk. staff were lovely and the view from the room was 10/10. interior decor was all beach themed, very cute. narrow staircase inside the hotel but the rooms have a/c and juliette balcony.

The best , cozy and homey beach front resort located in the blissful Station 3 of BORACAY. I enjoyed my time at KAIYANA BEACH RESORT during my stay in Boracay. I also met like midned new friends in the area. I highly recommend this to you guys if you are like me who wants to enjoy beach front view, homey location, good and generous local staff for your unforgettable Boracay Island Experience.

I cannot recommend this place enough. 5 of us friends stayed on the top floor, with a gorgeous authentic room, tiled with shells & bamboo effect, with a flawless, picturesque view from the balcony & even at breakfast. Pinky was so welcoming and the team threw together a delicious breakfast. It is all sand, from the road to the stairs to the room, not ideal for suitcase wheels but it was worth the walk!

This place is great!! If you're looking for a calm relaxing beach vibe this is the place. The location is key!! It's quiet and not to far from station 2. The walk is quick. The staff is amazing and very accommodating. They have a small menu but all the food is excellent and better than most of the spots along the beach. I truly love this place. With the ocean view and incredible sunsets! This will be my go to place…

Peaceful and love that I open the curtains to the balcony and I have a perfect view of the perfect ocean. The food is great. I've tried their pork Adobo, bangsilog, pancakes, pineapple, bacon and ham omelet and their tea... currently ordering their pawns with garlic butter... im sure it will be great. It is a stairway to the rooms only and they are somewhat narrow. They have hot and cold shower and the a/c in my roo…

Went here for lunch, and there's no staff at all. We waited for almost 10 mins, and none. No wonder no one's dining here. Disappointing as we walked some distance since this is at the end of station 3
