JT Suites Tagaytay

Room was okay but the service was terrible, slow and frustrating. Took more than an hour for the agent to arrive so we could check in, rooms did not have any soap/amenities and not given enough towels. Light in the bathroom not working.

- Black maggots present in the bathroom. Signs na hindi nilinisan. - Amag / Black molds on the ceiling. Proof of no maintenance and proper cleaning. - Left over cigarette butts on the balcony. - Too much dust on couple of places such as top of the partition and under the bed. The room was pretty and the view was nice but the water supply was slow and the kitchen sink was clogged one of the bathroom showers not working. The internet was slow as well as the livingroom light not working at all, but overall it was an ok stay, just needs improvements on the basic essentials that the room has.

The cleaner is requesting additional payment, claiming that Agoda mistakenly undercharged us and that we need to pay the difference in cash. We did not pay the cleaner and reported the incident to Agoda, who denied any such issue. Additionally, the refrigerator and TV in the unit were not functioning. We ensured the proper turnover of the unit and recorded everything for our security.

The elevator was broken, had to wait couple of minutes due to the elevator being full. The agent who is supposed to assist us takes too long to arrive. Our check in time was delayed an hour because of this. We also didn't get the futon bed, but it was stated that the room we got includes one. They got 4 elevators but only 1 is working. I understand that 1 stuck but what about the the other 2. We waited for an hour just to get down. Elevator says 20 person limit but 10 or 12 adults are in the buzz then sounds. This place needs a lot of improvement. Swimming in a public holiday is double than non holiday.

there was power outage during our stay and we were utilizing the back up power until we checked out. parking area is about 300 meters from the main entrance and we were not given a room that has a view of the taal volcano albeit requested such beforehand.

If you're considering whether this is an option for your holiday, go ahead and do it! you will not regret it staying at JT Suites Tagaytay. We are 2 couples with 2 children, and this place exceeded our expectations. The 2bedroom itself looks even better than the pictures.
