We stayed in Room 31 for 2 nights and unfortunately did not have a great experience. The AC was barely cooling the room, and we informed the staff right away and asked if we could get a fan. We were told that a fan would only be available the next morning, so we had to spend the night in a very warm room. The rates are affordable, and the rooms are clean but i would like to comment on the staff's hospitality as someone who stayed in jocanai for 2 trips. The staff (especially the old lady) is very rude, unaccomodating and would even say rude remarks IN FRONT of their guests. Their service is so bad i have no choice but to give 1 star. They kept overbooking their rooms and downgrading my rooms to a smelly apartelle. The people in this property have the worst attitude i have ever dealt with!! They have 0 hospitality and takes no responsibility for what they are doing with their property. What a waste.

If you just need a place to sleep around San Nicolas (Robinsons Area) this place is for you. Dont expect too much because you will be disappointed. They do not have a hot shower, water pressure is too low, and the aircon in my room is not that okay. Nevertheless, its a walking distance from Vadez Center (where BPOs are located) or you can take a tricycle if you have luggage. The staff though were nice to me :)

We booked their unit that has 2 rooms, and kitchen, which was good for 4-8pax (albeit the staff told us it can actually accommodate up to 10pax). the area is situated very near robinsons laoag (just a 3min walk) i was assigned to the room on the 2nd floor at the very corner. the room was okay and is super spacious. has a kitchen, shower, cabinets and 2 beds. i booked and had experiences on various accommodations alone but personally this one feels a bit weird. for some personal reason, i felt a bit scared and icked out. i dont know what it is but it might be…

Air quality and ventilation are not good. In my perspective as engineer, the air conditioning systems are not installed in the right place and makes the hallway so warm and messy. The water from the aircon is dripping in the hallway. I've been sneezing the whole night due to dust in the rooms. They have parking space but they don't organize the parking space well.

Place is good safe, Many Local food store in the area and Robinsons Ilocos is near. Not applicable if you will stay longer coz you cant do laundry at your room.
