What a great staff-owners JFK. Rooms are very clean and beyond soaps etc.. everything you need is there. No hot water, but its warm enough to not be a problem. The room is well worth the price. Very happy with my stay. No roaches and the aircon and fan drowned out exterior noise from tricycles etc. Very nice pool.

Place is close to San Antonio owned by a German national married to a Filipina. Rooms at 2k per night its not the best but ok. Small pool sometimes if you like a bit of privacy this would be a good alternative to San Antonio which is too much and overpriced. They're just popular as a holiday hotel. I think 2k for a slightly bigger room is pricey id rather go to San Antonio pay 400 more at 2.4k then get two free brea…

Nice and clean accommodation, just a short walk to the beach. we had the swimming pool almost exclusively for us. the staff are very accommodating. and very affordable rate!

Just only good. Closed to the beach, big rooms and clean!!! pool, very nice and helpful owners. Soon I will go again.

great location very close to ocean and great fresh seafood walk to all the hot spots or short tricycle ride. owners were really cool..
