I stayed at JET Hotel Lipa from May 21–25, 2026, and had an excellent experience. The hotel rates were very reasonable for the quality of service and amenities provided. This was one of the most frustrating hotel stays I have ever experienced. I was surprised to be charged a fee for early check-in, and even more shocked when they charged for extra towels. Additionally, the Wi-Fi had an unreasonable limit on the number of connected devices, and the room telephone didn't work at all.
My friend was accused of leaving a stain on the bed he didn’t use and was also charged P280 for leaving a towel on the ground. Awful guest experience to pay around 3.5K for a “hotel” that doesn’t even have working wifi.
We had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the excellent service throughout our visit. very warm and accomodating staff. they are attentive to your needs. their room is quite small, and their queen room and duo room doesnt have refrigerator.
