I like the place. Centrally located. Honors Sr Citizen discount. Clean. Serves the purpose. Good ACunit, smooth elevators, basic amenities. I can recommend to my friends.

Aug 2025: This hotel is so centrally located, it's walking distance to almost everything that matters in San Jose, Occidental Mindoro. However, the hotel itself is not new and although it's been refurbished, it's still on the icky side. However, for a very short stay and you just need a reasonably priced place to sleep, it squarely fits the bill. Btw the staff are quite friendly which is always a plus.

It was so bad I want to give you a zero, but that’s not possible, so i give you a ONE. We spend a single night here and we practically fled. The room seemed to be good at first. But the bed was full of stains, piss stains and smelled horrific. The wallpaper was peeling off and a cockroach and ants came out of holes in the wall. This was the worst hotel I ever stayed in. I feel like my standards for hotel rooms are pretty low, I don't pay a lot of money for them, i'll accept any decor choices, any faults as long as it's bearable to sleep in I really don't care that much. Good value. Friendly helpful staff. Close to the market and local services. Abundant tricycle access on wide roads. Sidewalks usable both sides. Rooms very clean and simple. Elevators small but smooth running.

A 5 star hotel for its service, comfort and accommodation. I always stay here whenever i visit San Jose. This hotel offers a buffet breakfast to guest. I love the egg omelette. you can even ask the chef to put more bacon and mushrooms. 😊

The room and bathroom are spacious and clean. It has a split type aircondition and a 32 inch led tv. Staffs are accommodating and friendly. Provides airport pick up and transfers. The free breakfast is either alacart or buffet depending on the day. Their food is good but is a little expensive. The quality is ok but not that special.
