It's a bare-bones motel experience but with condominium type rooms. You get a shared sink, a shared fridge, and a shared bathroom. Free breakfast corned beef doesn't even seem to come from a can, but from a sachet. If you have a lot of work to do, the common area can be useful. Otherwise you'll wish for better appointments.

Nice room, AC was good. Although since the cheapest room was a bit small I fit it a bit expensive for the price that we paid for. The wifi connection is unstable/weak that it did not even reach our room. Its's good but there's still room for improvement I guess. 😊
The owner allows overbooking of the Apartelle to help populate the Jared Suites that no one wants to stay in. Don't book here online or you might end up in the Suites.
Basic, but value for money. Close to malls and with a good restaurant around the corner.
