J&V Hotel and Resort

Staff are excellent, very attentive and helpful. Room spacious and good size bath room. Breakfast limited choices but the staff did their best to accommodate our needs. Great pool for kids. All in a great time staying here.

The room was in need of repair. Screen door to outside wouldn’t lock. No fridge nor safe. Sink needed repair shower heads blocked vanity in need of repair. Internet not working in our room. Very noisy in the morning and banging started at 8am removing floor tiles. Hotel is a long way from anything. For the price it’s an extremely disappointing place.

I guess it’s an okayish hotel, considering it’s located in the middle of a residential neighborhood with no nearby landmarks or malls. The food is great, but it’s a bit too heavy on carbs. Also, the room has no water or fridge you have to go out into the hallway to get water.

I rarely do reviews but this hotel is the worst I have ever been to. First of all I was fooled by the above 4 stars review of this place but it’s all facade, all my experience from booking has been unprofessional and bad. The swimming pool outside was still noisy at 12 o'clock in the evening. The room was very noisy in the morning. I was bitten by mosquitoes many times. The drain was blocked and the shower head didn't work. In short, everything was terrible.
