This is a basic low budget hotel. Nevertheless, everything was clean. My room had all I needed, comfy bed, aircon, smart tv, wifi, (no windows), my room, shower and cr was clean. Location is only 5 minutes to the closest mall (Island City Mall) and about 15 minutes to Tagbilaran down town by tuk tuk or tricycle. The staff was super helpful. I can recommend this IWA .
The room size was appropriate for the price. The hallway had a pleasant bamboo scent. Our only complaint was the bathroom; it smelled terrible because the toilet bowl was improperly installed and the seat was loose. However, maintenance addressed the issue the following day. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was no TV in our room, but that was fine because the Wi-Fi was fast. So I will give 8/10.

Not location wise kay dugay maka sakay and wala kaayuy mo hatod na Bajaj. Regarding sa room so far so Good naay outlet sa duol sa Bed, daghan Samin and the Smart TV so good specially sa wifi connection ang wala lang gyud kay CR.
