The room is clean, location is accessible to town centre by walking around the town to the shops and restaurants. It has optional if you like your breakfast included to your booking. But sad to say noisy for the vehicles passing by when you're assigned near the streets your room. And if your aircon is an old type it's noisy. I needed to cancel my stay and asked for a refund but denied. They then wanted to confirm that I was cancelling my booking because they needed the room for another guest and still did not refund me! Not fair
Old, noisy hotel with moldy bathrooms. The floor in the shower area was gross! We paid an additional 1000 psp so we could do a late check-out and were issued a receipt. The manager then made staff cancel it. Wifi is garbage with download speed of Zero. No food or drink is available except warm bottles of water sold at front desk. Recommend to avoid this place.
Situated at the heart of the town, our spacious and pristine room offered a perfect retreat. The balcony, ideal for relaxation or a coffee break, provided a refreshing experience. However, there was a lapse in service as one staff member seemed forgetful. I recommend implementing thorough shift handovers to ensure the next person on duty is well-informed about guest requests.
Very, very friendly and helpful staff. My room had double & single bed. Good for family. Reasonable size room. Clean and acceptable. TV and shower room. Low prices, good for budget. Close to small port. Excellent for all boat trips.
