Islands Hotel

We stayed one day, room was a bit clean, but behind furniture there was a lot of dust bunnies. Staff weren’t the greatest, upon checking, no one helped us with our luggage or greeting us. The receptionist got us checked in, but that was all she did, no information about the hotel unless asked. We shared our tiny room with cockroaches. The water from sink smells bad. Use with caution. Housekeeping could also be improved. No door sign available and the room only got cleaned if we asked for it.

The customer service is poor - the receptionist does not greet customers and lacks communication skills. Additionally, they take a long time to address customer concerns and do not provide solutions to customer complaints. Also, the room is somewhat smaller than a Deluxe Room.

Do not book with this hotel, as they falsely advertise what amenities they have. We booked a room here based on the fact that they advertised that they had a pool, and that its use is included with our room. However, after we checked in and went to use the pool, they told us that the pool is only for special events and would not let us use it. nowhere in the advertisement did it say that pool was only for special ev…

•The room looked bigger in photos. I booked for 3 adults but the room could only be comfortable for 1 pax. •There were cockroaches in the bathroom • If you wanna stay here, you bring your own extension chord. They only have 2 sockets available and it doesn't even have a cover which could be a hazard. •employees does not greet their guests.

Small and clean rooms, only good for one or two persons. Three in a room is definitely crowded as what we are, 3 adults and 1 kid. We spent one night here before our flight the next day. Good cheap rates and can't ask for more. No breakfast. However, swimming pool is located in another area and we didn't got the chance to see it.
